REFUND/ RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
REFUND POLICY
- If you wish to do a refund, feel free to email us at jlbeautycare88@gmail.com and we will guide you.
- The refund is only in net amount, delivery/shipping fees is non-refundable.
- The refund will take from 10-14 working days excluding weekend and public holidays.
- Customer need to provided personal details like name, bank account and bank name for the process of refund.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- For damaged items upon received, feel free to email us at jlbeautycare88@gmail.com.
- Exchange of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
- If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition.
- If the product is different from the Order delivered.
(Products for exchange shall be returned in its original condition, original serial number, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.)
The following situations will not provide any Returns & Refund guarantee by sellers:
- An item you claim is not as described, but the seller can prove that it is.
- Goods which have been taken out of their original packaging cannot be sold again by the seller and can therefore not be returned.
- Goods not returned in the exact same packaging as in which they were received, including invoices, serial number, etc.
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Seller.
- Please check your goods when receiving from courier service, company will not be responsible for loses or damaged after 7 days.
